Preparare il cavolfiore bianco al pepe rosa è molto semplice, oltre a giocare coi nomi dei colori si gioca anche con gli aromi aggiunti a questa preparazione leggera ma gustosa.

- 600gr di cavolfiore bianco
- 2 cucchiai di pangrattato
- un pizzico di curcuma, macis, zenzero, noce moscata, in polvere
- qualche bacca di pepe rosa
- 1 spicchio d'aglio
- olio d'oliva q.b.

Cuocere il cavolfiore al microonde con appena un filo d'acqua e sale, per 15 minuti a 1000w.
Scaldare sul fondo di un tegame qualche cucchiaio d'olio e far rosolare uno spicchio d'aglio in camicia insieme alle bacche di pepe rosa intere.
Unire le cimette del broccolo ben scolate, rosolarle insieme alle spezie in polvere, mescolare.
In una padella antiaderente ben calda rosolare a fiamma viva il pangrattato per qualche minuto, e toglierlo dal fuoco non appena diventa dorato.
Cospargere il broccolo col pangrattato e, volendo, con del formaggio grattugiato.
